Mandy Patterson is the founder of an online wellness consulting business, mandypatterson.com, that empowers high performing women to find optimal health. As a naturopathic doctor, certified holistic health coach, and mom to 6, she uses a lifetime of personal and professional experience to bridge the division between conventional and alternative medicine, creating a simple, holistic health plan that shows women that achieving wellness and optimal fertility can be invigorating and fun.
