Service introduction

I provide two basic packages for local families, birth and postpartum doula. The descriptions are listed in the packages. I also provide virtual support to families in different areas. Virtual support is completely dependent on what the birthing person/ family may need.

Packages
Birth Doula
This package provides you with 3 prenatal visits, labor support, and 1 postpartum visit. During the prenatal visits, we will discuss what to expect during labor and answer any questions you may have. We will also practice relaxation and birthing techniques to prepare for labor. Also, we will work together to construct your ideal birth plan! During birth, I will be present to provide you emotional, physical, and informational support. I will be present from the moment you begin active labor until after baby is born. Postpartum, I will visit and provide breastfeeding support, informational support, and answer any questions the birthing person has about their birth experience, infant care, or anything else.

Postpartum Doula
Postpartum support will look different for every family. We will find a schedule that works best for you. During my visits I will provide physical, emotional, and informational support for the new parent/s! I will provide breast/chestfeeding support if needed. I can clean, meal prep, help with siblings, and provide anything else to make this postpartum transition easier for everyone !

Marcie was my birth doula and my postpartum doula. She supported me and my husband at the hospital during L&D. Her care for me was so personalized to what I needed. She was very much an asset during a vulnerable time. Since we've been home, she has helped with our toddler, laundry, meals, and emotional support. If a few days go by without us chatting she will reach out to me to make sure I am coping with nursing, and sleep deprivation. Truly a gem to have as a member of your "village."

Marcia has been so helpful since I had my daughter. I can ask her just about anything and she is very knowledgeable. I had some questions about baby led weaning and she answered them with so much information and told me what was the best to start with. I was worried when I thought my milk supply was going down and she helped me with that too.
