About me
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy. I believe in a holistic treatment approach in order to get the best results for my clients. I am a mother of 3 children, and found my passion for pelvic floor PT after the birth of my first child when I realized how difficult it was to get quality postpartum care. I am certified in pelvic floor rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace, having completed levels 1, 2A, and 2B. I am also a certified postpartum corrective exercise specialist. My goal is to provide inclusive pelvic floor PT, with a focus on the perinatal period, bowel bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and pelvic pain.
