Hi! My name is Mariha, I am a Certified birth and postpartum Doula located in the Oklahoma City area. I am passionate about all things birth and postpartum. I am a transparent, attentive person who lives their life judgement free. I am open to all types of birth from all natural to very monitored, either way I will be your biggest advocate. I believe that birth can be the most empowering and the most stressful times in a mother’s life. I am here to support you and take some of that stress away so you can enjoy that once in a lifetime moment.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth/labor package

This package would include 2 prenatal visits(ideally around 30 weeks and 35-37 weeks) so I can get to know you and find out your expectation and your goals for this birth. I would be on call for when you go into labor, this includes if you think you might be going into labor but aren’t sure. I will stay with you until a couple hours after baby is born to make sure you have everything you need so you can enjoy those moments. As well as 1 postpartum visit(around 3 hours)anytime in the first 2 weeks of babies life. To talk about how you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally and see where I can help. I do offer additional postpartum care including but not limited to, helping with chores around the house, grocery shopping, watching baby so you can rest, organizing, etc. Additional postpartum service are $30/hour.

i didnt end up getting to have her during my labor for reasons that were not my fault. but she absolutely went above and beyond and if she will have me as a client when / if i have another i would be more than grateful for her. she is compassionate. she is kind and caring. she feels like family. I am beyond grateful i had her support & i suggest her to anyone who asks now
