My name is Melanie. I live in New Hampshire and I am a mom and a sleep coach! I help exhausted parents get their sleep back by teaching babies and toddlers to fall asleep independently. Comprehensive two week sleep program

Once you fill out a sleep questionnaire, you will receive a step by step action plan to get you on a better path to sleep 60 minute clarity call We will meet on a zoom call once your sleep plan is sent to you, to discuss the plan in detail and go over any questions you may have Daily access We will have morning and evening check-ins and assistance via voxer daily for two weeks, starting when the sleep plan is sent to you

What to expect

I help exhausted parents get a full night’s sleep again! Imagine if you could... -Put your child in their bed, turn off the light, and leave the room without stressing about whether or not they will cry (or scream) - Put your baby down for a nap and get something accomplished for yourself -Say goodnight to your toddler and have a date night with your spouse - Put your baby down to sleep knowing that if they wake up in the middle of the night they will have the skills needed to put themselves back to sleep without your help. My two week program is simple yet effective step one You fill out a family questionnaire so I know what life is like at home step two I make a plan specific to your child in order to get results in a way that makes you feel comfortable step three We implement these steps together and fine tune the plan If needed step four *Here's where the magic happens* You feel empowered to create a loving bedtime while still bonding with your child step five You get MORE SLEEP!
