I am a Christian birth and postpartum doula who is passionate about supporting and educating women through their pregnancy, birth and beyond! I believe that every mama should feel empowered and in control of their birth and I help give them the tools to achieve that! I love supporting not only the moms but the family as well to help keep them involved with everything.
Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing
Birth Doula
- 2 prenatal appointments (1-2 hours) - Emotional, physical and educational support - Labor support from the time you call me up to 2 hours after birth - Open communication (calling, texting, email) from sigh of contract until last postpartum visit - 2 postpartum visits (1-2 hours) - Handouts, workbook and education
Postpartum Doula
- Help with emotional, and physical recovery after birth
- Light housekeeping
- Assistance with newborn care (feeding, bathing, diapering, comforting)
- Light meal preparation
- Referrals to local services
- Handouts, workbooks and education
- Custom support to fit your needs
Nesting Service
- Deep cleaning your home
- Organizing the nursery/home
- Laundry (washing, drying, folding/hanging up)
- Help to get postpartum necessities organized
- Custom support to help get your home ready for your baby
Virtual Doula
Birth Virtual Doula: - Monthly video chat support from sign of contract until 36 weeks (1 hour) - Weekly video chat support from 36 weeks until birth (1 hour) - Virtual support of labor (calling, texting and video chat) - Weekly video chat support for the first 3 weeks postpartum (1 hour) - Texting support for entire package - Handouts and workbooks sent via email/mail $650 Postpartum Virtual Doula: - Each session is 1-2 hours long - Sessions will consist of all things postpartum, lactation, sleep, newborn questions, referral needs and anything you may want to talk about - Text support for entire package - Handouts and workbooks sent via email/mail - Sessions must be used within 3 months of your baby’s birth or purchase date (which ever is longest) 3 sessions - $300 5 sessions - $450 8 sessions - $600
Birth Preparation
- 2 in person or video chat meetings to help prepare you for labor (1 hour)
- 6 weeks of texting support
- Handouts, workbooks and education
Sibling Doula
- 1 (1) hour in person meeting to meet your child(ren)
- On call support from 36 weeks till you have the baby
- Custom support based on needs
- 1 postpartum visit
- 24 hours of care while in labor
- After package it will be charged at an hourly rate of $35/hour
