This will be my first baby and birth, with that being said I’m very unsure about a lot of things. That’s one of the main reasons I’d like a doulas help! I’d love help navigating through This journey with someone that is educated and experienced. I wouldn't say I really have a birth plan, I do however know of some things that I think I’d like from some “research” I’ve been doing. I’m also very open to changes in this depending on what the doula thinks/recommends. I’d love to have an unmedicated birth (in a hospital) as I would feel more settled having that access if anything goes wrong. I would like to be in control of my birth, deciding what position I’m in, letting my water break on its own, no drugs to induce labor, etc.. I want someone by my side who’s educated and who has my best interest in mind; if that makes sense! I’ve heard how doctors love to rush your birth. As far as budget, I’d really love to discuss everything id potentially need or want and we would figure it out from there? I just see so many numbers I’m really unsure what the cost is. I’d say max $3,000
Looking for a doula for my second birth. Wanting to go unmedicated for a better recovery this time around! I will be doing a Hospital birth. I would like to spend under 1,000.
I am looking for care during my pregnancy and birth. I plan to give birth at home preferably a water birth.
I would be comfortable in a birthing center or hospital in case anything happens but ideally i’d like to have the baby at home, this is my first baby but i’ve been pretty set on a home water birth for a few years, i’ve done my research and feel it is the best option for me and how my body and mind react to pain, i need to feel like im in my own space able to breathe loudly and have help from my partner. I want to broth in a pool and have a delayed cord cutting. My budget is 5k for pre delivery check ups and delivery.
I’m very anxious need a midwife so I want have to go to the emergency room so much my first pregnancy so I’m just learning alot , I plan on giving birth at Baptist hospital & I was hoping the insurance cover the cost
I am interested in a doula for several reasons. One reason is before birth and postpartum super. Another reason is placenta capsulation. I plan giving birth at a birthing center. I have insurance.
I am a quadruple amputee just found out I’m pregnant with my first child I don’t want to do it in the hospital unless it’s necessary I know how to do everything without hands and feet but I do have prosthetics just really looking for help
I am planning to give birth in the hospital and I am not sure on a birth plan yet, I am exploring my options!
I want a midwife to aid in mental and physical needs. To prevent ptsd during or after birth. I would like a natural birth w/no meds. Birth to be at Baptist womens hospital. I am unsure of what my budget should look like. I currently have insurance through the state of Tennessee through BlueCare. I have no knowledge of what they cover or if they do at all. I want the placenta to stay on for an additional 2/3mins to pump excess nutrients into my baby. I would also like to leave with my placenta. I will have documentation to support these claims/accommodations.
I am seeking a birth doula to assist me bedside while in labor that is covered by my insurance. This will be a VBAC Delivery
I’d like to give birth at home or Baptist east. I’d really prefer a birthing tub but I see that isn’t offered around the area
I would like to discuss birth center options. Budget to be discussed. I would like a low intervention, no epidural birth. I would like a VBAC.
