Birth has always held a special place in my heart. I became a doula because I saw how deeply families are impacted by the support, or lack of support ,they receive during pregnancy and birth. I believe every parent deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered during one of the most vulnerable and transformative experiences of their life. As a birth doula, I offer continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy and labor. My care is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and grounded in faith. I am especially passionate about walking with families who have experienced loss, infertility, previous birth trauma, or fear surrounding birth, helping them rebuild confidence and peace as they prepare to welcome their baby. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where families feel safe to ask questions, explore their options, and trust their bodies and instincts. It is truly an honor to serve families as they step into parenthood with strength, confidence, and love.
