Michelle Larson

Birth Doula
Pensacola, Florida
About me

Hello everyone, my name is Michelle Larson and I am a Birth Doula located in Pensacola, Florida with a holistic, client-centered approach to birth. I support the emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing of the birthing person, with a deep passion for helping clients feel calm, supported, and empowered in their choices. My special skills include guiding labor positions and movement, offering comfort measures such as breathwork, relaxation techniques, touch, and grounding support, and holding steady, compassionate presence throughout labor and birth. My background in self-love and emotional wellness coaching informs the way I support nervous system regulation and emotional safety during the birth experience. I am also a parent of two, which brings lived understanding and empathy to my work. Outside of birth support, I enjoy walking with my Weimaraner, practicing yoga, and playing mahjong, activities that help me stay grounded and present for the families I support.
