Hi everyone! I am Michelle and the founder of Shiloah Doula! I am a Christian Doula with experience in childbirth and postpartum care since 2011! I also am a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. I love assisting God in bringing life into this world! I also love helping families in their transition to becoming parents or becoming parents again. Service introduction

I offer childbirth and postpartum services. Childbirth services will begin at 36 weeks. You can, however, connect with me sooner! The sooner, the better! Each week for up to 3 weeks before you deliver, I will meet with you and help you to prepare for your birth! After you deliver, I will visit you 1 time as follow up care. Postpartum services begin the following week after your delivery. You have the option to choose how often you need assistance. These services extend up to 6 weeks after you deliver your bundle of joy!

Childbirth Package
This package includes the following: Phone/Text Support 24/7 2-3 Prenatal visits once a week starting at 37 weeks Education on patient/client rights and options Positioning, relaxation and breathing techniques during early and active labor Support team preparation Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, and Physical support Unmedicated and medicated support (this is about your desires) Hands-on support throughout labor and delivery Casual education on Labor, Childbirth, Breastfeeding: no post class certificates

Postpartum Package
This package includes the following: Prayer and Reading God's Word Breastfeeding/Lactation support Light housework Feed, care for, bathe, change diapers while you are resting/sleeping Laundry Grocery pick-ups Light meals/snacks Assisting you in daily routines Sibling/Team support Physical, mental, emotional support Unlimited phone/text support as you have questions/concerns Organization building with your new lifestyle Miscellaneous
