* First baby due July 24. * Looking for an experienced postpartum doula for the first 2–3 weeks after returning home from the hospital. * Ideally French-speaking (we’re a French couple), but finding the right fit is our top priority. * Certified postpartum doula preferred (DONA, CAPPA, ProDoula, etc.). * Experience supporting breastfeeding and bottle feeding; IBCLC is a plus. * Daytime home visits in Fairlington (Arlington, VA). * Looking for guidance on newborn care, feeding, sleep, soothing, baby weight and wellbeing, and maternal postpartum recovery. * We’d love someone who can answer our questions, reassure us, and help us build confidence as first-time parents. * Not looking for overnight care, sleep training, housekeeping, cooking, or regular household chores. * Preferred schedule: 2–3 hour visits, 2–3 times per week during the first couple of weeks. * Budget: approximately $40–70/hour, or open to postpartum support packages.
