I desire to have a hospital birth that is i medicated and as little intervention as possible.
Need help deciding where to birth. Education on birthing and mental prepping for birth. Unmedicated is the goal.
I plan to birth at a hospital (Ball Memorial, specifically). I have had a previous GBS positive swap so I am anticipating IV antibiotics will be necessary. Other than that I wish to have as minimal interventions/medications as possible. I desire to go completely unmediated and use hypnobirthing techniques to guide me through labor. I plan to start raspberry leaf tea, dates, evening primrose oil at around 36-37 weeks. Also, I am exploring the benefits of castor oil consumption (2 tbsp) at the start of labor. I am willing to spend whatever is necessary to be supported and coached through my ideal birth

Giving birth a Riverview in noblesville indiana and looking for someone to accompany me and my husband in the delivery room to support me through my anxiety and support my birth plan of delayed cord clamping, no rubbing baby down, golden hour skin to skin, no bath, and staying informed through the whole birth on what is happening and what is being done with my consent only. I want to be listened to and I don't want anything being done that I have not agreed to. Need someone assertive and able to communicate well between me and nurses/doctors.
In hospital, vbac, 2nd baby, budget probably around $2000 over all. Birth plan is to hold off on epidural but I’d prefer non at all and use nitro oxide instead.

Plan to give birth in a hospital, not sure on budget, would love to talk through pros and cons for an epidural, am open to getting one but also interested in not - hoping for few interventions during birth and just an overall really positive birth experience. Would really like to explore options for pushing, but ultimately going in very open minded. DONA or ICEA preferred but again open to any as long as they are certified - not specific on years of experience. Would love for the doula to also be a lactation consultant if possible hoping to try to breastfeed if possible and also hoping to pump

Christian-based midwife and coach to help prepare psychologically and spiritually for a smooth, calm, and powerful birth. We prefer someone more local to Kokomo, Indiana. 1. We need someone to educate mom and dad on birth location options. 2. I have Anthem insurance. Would that cover a midwife? 3. I’ve never had a baby before. We also have a toddler so watching her during the birth would be a plus if available. Taking anthem insurance is a plus, and provider must be able to speak to the safe 7.
