Hello! My name is Elise Monson, and I am a Birth Doula located in Lehi Utah. I serve in both Utah and Salt Lake Counties. I love all things birth. It's my mission to empower mothers through evidence based education so that they can make informed decisions for themselves, and then provide advocacy for them during birth to make sure their desires are respected. Childbirth is not a medical emergency, unless it becomes one. We as women were built for this!

Hi, I'm Hunter! Im 25 years old and a fierce advocate serving Salt Lake and Utah County. In doing research to prepare myself for future pregnancy I was faced with the sad reality that many people have entered the birth space uninformed and unsupported, with so many voices shouting at them about the "one right way" to give birth and be a parent. Only to leave the birth space scared, in pain, and often traumatized. This reality felt bleak to me so I began my journey learning how to provide advocacy, alignment, and assurance to my clients. I believe everyone should have access to emotional, physical and spiritual support while diving into labor and finding their inner power during birth.

I am a proud boy mom to three wonderful boys who will someday change the world. I am an Army Medic and EMT. I love helping people, but felt called to develop my passion for birth work after my second child was born in the height of COVID during an amazing home birth. I have learned that there is so much to be honored in pregnancy, the birthing space, and the postpartum period, and I love being able to help families feel empowered and supported during those transitions.

Talya is a midwife, herbalist, and doula with 18 years of experience in birthwork. She is a wife and mother of 6 and is the owner of an intentionally small midwifery practice. The belief that birth is a normal physiological event and that babies are wise and know how to be born guides her practice. Talya believes when the mother is nurtured in body, mind, and spirit we see the best maternal, family, and societal outcomes. When she’s not at the feet of women giving birth or creating herbal teas and tinctures, you can find Talya in the mountains with her family or with her bare hands and feet in a patch of dirt trying to grow things. Welcome to Matriarch Midwifery!

Hi there! I am a DONA trained birth doula and have also been working to help people through injuries and chronic pain as a professional massage therapist for over 12 years now. I gained a passion for birth while making birth plans and creating roles for my own birth team during the birthing chapter of my life with my four cherubs. I was able to birth in various settings. I am all about doing things your way. I believe a woman should strive to have the birth experience she desires. I believe in a well thought out birth plan and in a unified birth team. Though things don't always go just as planned, having one is very empowering. I also have really appreciated the births I have been in where the partner is a strong presence during the birth. The power of a unified couple is not to be diminished. If you choose me to assist your birth, I will be there to help educate, empower, advocate and help you and your partner have an unforgettable bonding experience with each other and your baby. Whether you have a desire to birth at home, at a birth center, in a hospital--with an epidural or hoping to go med free, I will support you in your goals, we will do it "your way". As a certified birth doula and Ayurvedic postpartum specialist, I provide compassionate, personalized support to families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My role is to guide and empower birthing people by offering physical comfort, emotional encouragement, and evidence-based education tailored to their unique needs and birth preferences. I blend traditional healing arts rooted in Ayurveda with modern birth practices to create a holistic, nourishing experience. This includes labor support, birth preparation, postpartum planning, and healing rituals such as Mother Blessings, Closing of the Bones ceremonies, and Reiki (Prana) therapy. I also offer guidance on Ayurvedic nutrition and emotional wellness to support recovery and balance after birth. My approach centers on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and honoring each family’s individual path without imposing beliefs or expectations. I work closely with clients in both South Florida and Park City, Utah, providing concierge-style care that fosters confidence, calm, and connection through every phase of the perinatal journey.

First of all I’d like to thank Brooke for taking us on such short notice, we had a plan and our little baby girl had a different one coming 3 weeks earlier than expected ! Our original Dula was not available but quickly recommended Brooke and I am very happy she did. Right away Brooke was there for my wife when she needed it most, she provided my wife with a safe and comfortable environment. This being our first pregnancy we had no idea what to expect at the hospital or how this process would work. Brooke was quick to comfort her and teach her new techniques to ease the pain as well as answer any questions I had. She worked dynamically with the L&D team at our hospital and made my wife’s delivery even more smooth. Brooke was able to give my wife the confidence and positive energy she needed to have a healthy birth. Thank you!

My first encounter with Chiropractic care was after a sports injury in high school. Something about it stuck because I got both a Bachelor's and a Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. During my internship, I witnessed firsthand how chiropractic can help kids. It was then that I realized the potential chiropractic care had to help so many people. That was how I developed a passion to care for children, pregnant parents, and families through wellness and education. When I'm not in the office, I'm probably outdoors with my dogs. I love being a part of this community and I am excited to serve the people in Utah County.

I'm Jessica - a midwife, doula, mother, witness and space-holder passionate about caring for women and families throughout the adventure of pregnancy and birth. I feel that the name “Birth-Keeper” is more suited to the type of midwifery I strive to practice, as I strongly believe that babies are born how they are conceived: in peace, safety, and comfort. I focus on ‘keeping’ that safe space for you to deepen your awareness of the birthing process, and offer the information you need to make empowered choices throughout your care. My role as a midwife is to witness you, to exalt you, to comfort you, to support you, to revere you, to love you, and to uplift you in your own power. Oh hey- I’m Rachel! Former Special Education teacher, mama and now certified pediatric sleep consultant passionate about teaching other families how to get the sleep they need without the struggle. After months of sleepless nights and exhaustive internet searches we were finally able to solve my little girl’s sleep problems and get the sleep we all needed. As a sleep consultant, I recognize that not all babies are the same (obviously!) So why would a one-size-fits-all plan found on the internet solve your precious babe’s sleep struggles? This is where I come in. Together, we will design a plan to fit your family’s needs and schedule that is both gentle and respectful to your babies personality and developmental needs. After a not so great experience with a lactation nurse at the hospital, I was very hesitant on having someone come into my home. I am so glad I did! Working with Holly has been such a wonderful experience. Her knowledge and support could not have come at a better time for me and my baby. Her positive energy and kind words were just what I needed in such an emotional and vulnerable stage of motherhood. I cannot express the gratitude and love I have for Holly and the wonderful work she does!

Chelsea is an amazing Doula! She was with us for 20+ hours during the birth of our first son. She knew what I needed and stepped into action even when I was not able articulate what I needed through the process. She was a calming presence in the room and provided so much peace, comfort, and encouragement. She is a gift and amazing! Highly recommend Chelsea for doula services as she is truly amazing - we would have been lost through the process without her!!
