I am a Muslim midwife and Ayurvedic postpartum doula dedicated to supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the sacred postpartum window. My work centers physiologic birth, informed choice, and continuity of care, while honoring the innate intelligence with which Allah created the female body. In addition to comprehensive midwifery support, I offer traditional Ayurvedic postpartum care focused on warmth, nourishment, hands-on bodywork, and nervous system restoration. I am especially passionate about serving families who desire faith-conscious, modest, and culturally sensitive care. It is an honor to walk alongside mothers during such a transformative and sacred season of life!
I am beyond grateful for Sister Nadia and the guidance she gave me throughout my pregnancy journey. From the very beginning, she helped me navigate the physical and emotional changes with such calm wisdom and reassurance. One moment that truly stands out was when she helped me identify round ligament pain — something that initially worried me. Instead of feeling anxious, I felt informed and at ease because she took the time to explain what was happening in my body. Sister Nadia educated me deeply about physiological birth and empowered me to approach the idea of birthing at home with confidence rather than fear. Her knowledge isn’t just theoretical — it’s lived experience. Having free-birthed three babies herself, she speaks from a place of profound personal understanding. That authenticity made all the difference for me. She also prepared me for postpartum in ways I hadn’t even considered. From nourishing meals to intentional postpartum care, she helped me understand the importance of honoring that sacred recovery window. Because of her guidance, I didn’t just gain information — I gained confidence, clarity, and trust in my own body. If you are looking for someone who combines experience, education, and heartfelt support, Sister Nadia is truly a blessing. I am so thankful for the knowledge and empowerment I received through her care.

I had the privilege of having Sister Nadia as my midwife for the birth of my baby in October 2025, and I couldn’t have asked for better support. She was incredibly skilled, calm, and focused throughout the entire birth. No matter what was happening, she remained steady and reassuring, which made such a difference during such an intense and emotional time. Her confidence and professionalism made me feel completely safe and well cared for. I truly felt like I was in the best possible hands. Her presence brought me a sense of calm and trust that allowed me to focus on the birth itself. I am so grateful for her support and dedication, and I would choose her again anytime without hesitation. Thank you for being such an important part of this beautiful experience.

Nadia is my traditional midwife for my first baby. Her care and knowledge make me feel well taken care of, and she is excellent at holding space without claiming ownership over your own pregnancy or birth like other midwives in the system typically do. She makes me laugh, and makes me feel safe to tell her anything. Her knowledge on breastfeeding especially is something I value and admire her for a lot. She is very experienced in freebirth and caring for mothers with thoughtful postpartum care and intentional meal plans. I would recommend her to anyone.
