Throughout my career as an artist, private childcare provider, and non- profit leader, my focus has always been to serve others in their life transitions. I believe that with big change, comes big magic: the precious & challenging gift of introspection and connection. My greatest inspiration comes from the ebbs and flows of the female reproductive cycle - a constant reminder that everything changes.

Postpartum Doula Service

Postpartum doula services include:
In-home support for the first three months after
birth
Non-medical assistance with newborn care,
sibling adjustment, meals, and household tasks
Evidence-based guidance on infant feeding,
recovery, and emotional well-being
Referrals to trusted professionals when needed

$35 USD · Per hour

Postnatal Yoga Session

For my postpartum doula clients, I draw on yoga-based breath work and mindfulness practices to support physical recovery, emotional grounding, and nervous-system regulation. Each practice is tailored to meet you exactly where you are, helping you reconnect with your body and cultivate calm, strength, and presence.

$40 USD · Per hour

Reiki Session

Reiki offers a soft, supportive way to settle the nervous system, clear emotional heaviness, and reconnect with your inner light. I love bringing this energy into my postpartum doula care, creating moments of calm and grounding during a tender time. I also offer Reiki as a standalone service for anyone seeking energetic alignment, stress relief, or simply a peaceful space to reconnect with themselves. Each session is intuitive, nurturing, and guided by what your mind, body, and spirit need most.

$40 USD · Per hour

What to expect

As a trained postpartum doula, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner, my purpose is to guide individuals through times of transition with their earthly bodies - whether you are moving through pregnancy or postpartum, the complex phases of the menstrual cycle, celebration or sorrow.
