From pregnancy to the four-month sleep regression, our providers are here to help guide you along your unique journey. We offer birth doula support starting during pregnancy, postpartum doula services that begin shortly after birth, safety-focused placenta encapsulation, lactation support with IBCLCs, and educational courses for birth and postpartum.

How can I learn more about your services?

We'd love to have you join us for a doula tea! We're currently holding virtual doula teas twice a month. You can register here: https://www.newlifebirthservices.org/calendar. If a doula tea does not fit in your schedule, we'd love to set up a private consultation to answer any questions you may have.

Do you accept insurance?

Doula services are not currently covered by most insurance plans, however, we do accept some insurance plans for lactation support! Please reach out to our team to see if your insurance is accepted.
