Hello, I am looking for a doula to assist w my labor & delivery in mid October 2026. This will be my first baby and I’m kind of stressed and lost to the whole process of everything so I am looking for support throughout this experience. I need someone to advocate my wants during labor and delivery and help me come up with a birth plan. I have Fidelis essential plan 2 as of right now however I will be switching to Medicaid at some point soon.

I would like help with breathing techniques and positions to help deliver baby. I would love support for myself but also to help my husband. We are first time parents!
