Hello! My name is Nicla, and I’m a certified Newborn Care Specialist with over 10 years of experience caring for newborns, infants, and young babies. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families during those important first weeks and months, providing attentive, loving, and knowledgeable care tailored to each baby’s individual needs. As a certified Newborn Care Specialist, I provide personalized support to families during the newborn and infant stages, with a focus on creating a safe, nurturing, and peaceful environment for both baby and parents. My services include overnight and daytime newborn care, feeding and bottle preparation, diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, sleep support and establishing healthy age-appropriate routines, nursery organization, baby laundry, and cleaning and sterilizing bottles and feeding supplies. I also support parents as they adjust to life with a newborn, offering experienced guidance while always respecting each family’s preferences and parenting style. My goal is to give parents peace of mind, opportunities to rest and recover, and the confidence of knowing their baby is receiving attentive, loving, and professional care.

It has been a true joy having Nikki as our nanny, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found her. She has been with our family from the time our daughter was just three months old until she turned sixteen months, and in that time, she has become so much more than just a caregiver—she has truly become a part of our family. She is on time, respectful, organized and meticulous with the light chores she does and respects our wishes with our daughter always putting her safety and happiness first!

I recently had the pleasure of employing Nikki as a nanny for my baby, and I must say, she has been nothing short of wonderful.
