About me

Hi I am Nikki Jones, Registered Midwife and Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner based in Adelaide SA. I teach group classes in Semaphore and travel to clients for private session and I also offer Online Session via Zoom for those who are not in Adelaide. Private Health Rebates available depending on your provider and cover. I also offer Birth Story Listening sessions as well. Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth Program Workshops both group and private course options available along with private sessions in conjunction with Hypnobubs Online Course which can be either 90min, 3hr or 6hr sessions. The positive birth program is about having an informed and positive birth, my experience as a midwife and a hypnobirthing practitioner can help you feel prepared, give you the knowledgeable you deserve to have, the tools to stay calm and supported. I also offer Birth Story Listening which is a birth debriefing service.

Group Workshop - 12 hours of education Held at Vitality Semaphore, 69 Semaphore Road, Semaphore Either over two full Sundays or Wednesday Evenings depending on the Month Up to 6 couples per class.

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to do a course?

Anytime between 20-34 weeks is the best time to complete a course and give you time to condition yourself to the tools and techniques and prepare your birth but it is never too late to learn. I have taught couples between 18 weeks of pregnancy right up to 37-39 weeks of pregnancy.
