About me

Hey there! My name is Nikki and I'm so excited to support you and your family during this transitional time! Caring for families during the most exciting but also most vulnerable and scary time in their lives is my passion and calling. I particularly take interest in helping LGBTQIA+ families, neurodivergent parents, and parents dealing with a postpartum mood disorder. My job is to leave a family feeling better than when I arrived by providing emotional and physical support, education, information, and resources.

Service introduction

My favorite way to describe doula support is, "mothering the mother". So often, the parents are overlooked in the process of welcoming a baby. I founded Queen of Cups to change that. Caring for families during the most exciting but also most vulnerable time in their lives is my calling. My job is to leave a family feeling better than when I arrived by providing emotional and physical support, education, information, and resources. I'm currently offering postpartum and birth support.

Packages
Daytime Postpartum Support
Every visit with your postpartum doula is different, and it's based entirely on what you need. Some days, it's someone to hold your baby while you finally get a shower or a much-needed nap. Other days, it's a long talk about your adjustment to parenthood and your mental health. Maybe you need help learning a perfect swaddle, or someone to fold the laundry that you can't find time for. Many times, it's all of the above! Postpartum doulas are experts at finding the missing pieces in your support plan, and gently filling them in.

Overnight Postpartum Support
An overnight postpartum doula plays a crucial role in supporting new parents during the challenging early weeks or months after childbirth. My primary focus during overnights is on providing physical, emotional, and educational assistance to the family during the nighttime hours, allowing parents to rest and recover.
