I plan to give birth at Norfolk General hospital, I have Medicaid, & my birth plan is to give birth with an epidural.
We will be giving birth at Sentara Leigh Hospital, ideally without an epidural. We are most concerned with getting reasonable sleep for the first 8-13 weeks and would like a night nurse for 4-5 nights a week for the first 4 weeks, and the. 3 nights a week for the next 8-10 weeks depending on the need. Other postpartum services that would be helpful would be some lactation consulting and referrals to Pelvic floor physical therapy and being an advocate for the mother. Estimated budget for a night nurse would be $30-35 an hour for 9 hours a night

Going for a natural birth with immediate skin to skin for the golden hour. Delayed cord clamping. Mostly movement. And minimal interventions. Avoid episiotomy unless absolutely necessary and permission must be given first.
I am a new mother seeking additional support and natural pain management options during labor. I am very interested in having an all-natural birth and strongly prefer a water birth if available. I would love to connect and discuss my options further. Please feel free to contact me at 948-227-4152. Thank you so much for your time and support.

I plan to give birth at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. My budget will be through TriCare. I don't have a birth plan yet, but it I know it will include not getting an epidural, and being as active as possible. Prefer to give birth in an upright position, not lying on my back.
Hello, My name is Nyesha, and Iām the founder of Essential Mystic Showers, a wellness brand focused on gentle, aromatherapy-based self-care for prenatal and postpartum women. Iām reaching out because we are developing a small, no-cost wellness pilot program designed to support moms during pregnancy and the postpartum period, and we would love to explore partnering with organizations/ people who are already doing incredible work in this space. The pilot is a short, 7-day self-care experience where participating moms receive free shower-based aromatherapy products and complete brief, anonymous surveys focused on stress, sleep quality, and overall emotional well-being. The goal is to better understand whether these types of products are genuinely helpful for moms during this season of life. There are no medical claims, no treatment protocols, and no obligation for participants beyond optional feedback. All data collected is anonymous and shared in aggregate only. We would love to offer this pilot to a small group of moms you serve and provide your organization with a summary of the findings afterward. If this sounds aligned with your mission, Iād love to schedule a brief call to walk through the details and see if this could be a good fit. Warmly, Nyesha Founder, Essential Mystic Showers [Www.emshowers.com] [Social Media: Essential Mystic Showers]
I plan on giving birth at a hospital and I have payment plans arrangements
Iām 34 years old and currently 31 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I plan to give birth at Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA. I currently donāt have health insurance, and am enrolled in VA Healthcare, which is the benefit that has been paying for all of my prenatal and maternity care thus far. My active duty fiance and I plan to get married mid-February, 2026, and I will then have Tricare Prime health insurance as his dependent. My estimated budget is whatever Tricare Prime will cover for a certified doula. My birth plan has not been created yet.
I would like to give birth at home but most likely I would have to give birth in a hospital due to gestational diabetes. My budget is hopefully less than a few hundred dollars unless covered by Medicaid if given a provider that accepts Medicaid. I would like to be able to go into labor naturally without having to be induced early(doctors like to induce women with gestational diabetes) I would also like to be able to freely move around as I've never had that freedom given I was induced and also recieved the epidural due to being in pain with both of my children.
I am planning a homebirth with a CNM. I plan to use insurance to cover services.
Hi there! My husband and I are both active duty Navy. I will have to give birth at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Our budget is $3,000-$5,000. My plan is to deliver vaginally with as little invention as possible. I am open to Nitrous gas while pushing but Iād really like to avoid epidural at all. I am more interested in 4th trimester care as Iād like to breast feed.
Scheduled C-Section at Norfolk General Hospital - Norfolk, VA first week of March I have anthem blue cross blue shield as well as Carrot and have no problem paying a package/hourly I am high risk and dealing with many medical issues, I need Prepartum support (Light house duties, help with 2 year old, help with meals or meal plans, helping plan my delivery bag and nursery) I struggle to lift and walk with severe pelvic dysfunction and need help with relaxation and self care.
