I am hoping for guidance on additional pain management techniques, birthing positions, and what I can do ahead of time to prep for birthing and postpartum. I will be delivering at Kaiser Permanence on Sunset and have Kaiser insurance.

I need a certified lactation consultant who accepts Anthem Blue Cross California insurance who does in person visits in the Los Angeles area (preferably West LA).
