I plan to give birth in a hospital setting. I am hoping to find a doula that accepts Medicade. I would like to keep my placenta, birth in my desired position, go into labor naturally with no induction.
Hi I’m Angel Hayes I’m a first time mom and I officially have my baby in April of 2026. Now I currently stay in Houston but came back home to be around my family during my pregnancy. As though I don’t mind giving birth in the hospital, I just don’t trust anyone to give birth to my child with a doula or midwife in the room for extra protection. As I’m not to familiar with postpartum, I will need help throughout the rest of my pregnancy to know the ends in outs and on how I should go about keeping my placenta. The rest of the info will be provided upon meeting one another.

Im due the beginning of may. Ive had 5 deliveries 1 C-section and successful 3 Vbacs. I”m looking to have a freebirth .. but would appreciate having someone who is a little more knowledgeable and experienced than myself to be present . I live in Hot springs but have a place for homebirth in Fayetteville area.
I will be giving birth naturally in a hospital and would love to have a medical midwife attend. I will be delaying cord cutting and insisting on golden hour contact for myself and my husband. I would love to have a tub available, but definitely want to be prepared with holistic physical education about how to move, prepare, and position during labor, and best practices for recovery. I'd prefer to spend less than $3000 if possible, but quality of care is the priority.
A doula for a water birth with reasonable price.

I plan to give birth in Greenville Ms, I need a doula that can be covered with Ms Medicaid, and I need help coming up with a birth plan. This is my first pregnancy and I have so much anxiety. I would prefer to have an African-American woman doula.
I am currently searching for a doula and am seeking as much support and guidance as possible during and after my pregnancy. I am due in August, and this will be my second child after a 13-year gap. I’ll be turning 35 this year and have been labeled as “high risk,” which has left me feeling overwhelmed, confused, and honestly terrified. Aside from my age, I have not been given a clear explanation as to why I am considered high risk. My original OB-GYN, who delivered my son, passed away shortly after his birth. Since then, I was assigned to another provider based on availability. Unfortunately, my current doctor no longer delivers babies. He reached out to colleagues on my behalf, but I was denied care and advised to seek a high-risk provider—without being given documentation, clear reasoning, or even a referral to a high-risk OB. At this point, I feel lost not only in finding appropriate medical care for myself and my baby, but also in understanding my pregnancy risks and options. I am seeking a doula who is committed to helping me navigate this journey—someone who can assist with locating reliable medical resources, provide support during delivery in a hospital setting. I am interested in a VBAC, and offer guidance and care postpartum.

I am planning to give birth in the hospital and I am not sure on a birth plan yet, I am exploring my options!
This will be my first baby and birth, with that being said I’m very unsure about a lot of things. That’s one of the main reasons I’d like a doulas help! I’d love help navigating through This journey with someone that is educated and experienced. I wouldn't say I really have a birth plan, I do however know of some things that I think I’d like from some “research” I’ve been doing. I’m also very open to changes in this depending on what the doula thinks/recommends. I’d love to have an unmedicated birth (in a hospital) as I would feel more settled having that access if anything goes wrong. I would like to be in control of my birth, deciding what position I’m in, letting my water break on its own, no drugs to induce labor, etc.. I want someone by my side who’s educated and who has my best interest in mind; if that makes sense! I’ve heard how doctors love to rush your birth. As far as budget, I’d really love to discuss everything id potentially need or want and we would figure it out from there? I just see so many numbers I’m really unsure what the cost is. I’d say max $3,000
Hospital. I don’t have birth plan yet. But unmediated
