Im due the beginning of may. Ive had 5 deliveries 1 C-section and successful 3 Vbacs. I”m looking to have a freebirth .. but would appreciate having someone who is a little more knowledgeable and experienced than myself to be present . I live in Hot springs but have a place for homebirth in Fayetteville area.
I will be giving birth naturally in a hospital and would love to have a medical midwife attend. I will be delaying cord cutting and insisting on golden hour contact for myself and my husband. I would love to have a tub available, but definitely want to be prepared with holistic physical education about how to move, prepare, and position during labor, and best practices for recovery. I'd prefer to spend less than $3000 if possible, but quality of care is the priority.
My name is Mary and I live in Wynne, Arkansas. I’m currently expecting my second child and I’m wanting to have a home birth with the support of an experienced midwife! My first child was born at home unassisted, and while I’m thankful for that experience, this time I’m hoping for a more supported birth surrounded by care and guidance. I have my first appointment this Friday to confirm my pregnancy, and see how far along I am. I would love the chance to talk with you about possibly being my midwife. Could we set up a time to talk or meet soon? Thank you so much for your time — I really look forward to connecting with you!
I plan to give birth in Greenville Ms, I need a doula that can be covered with Ms Medicaid, and I need help coming up with a birth plan. This is my first pregnancy and I have so much anxiety. I would prefer to have an African-American woman doula.

I plan to give birth at the hospital. My budget is $10,000, I would love a doula that works with insurances. My birth plan so far is, I want to go unmedicated if possible, I want a doula who can speak up for me when needed and know what to do, I have a hard time speaking up for myself, especially around medical people. I want an atmosphere that’s calm, no bright overhead lights.
Giving birth in a hospital $800 max is my budget 3+ years of experience Birth doula for support during labor, exercise tips that can help speed labor or additional help with any complications that comes up
1. This my second child but my partner’s first even though we live in Springdale, we are planning on giving birth at Mercy Hospital in Rogers 2. Don’t really have a budget just starting 1000.Hopefully it can stay under that 3. haven’t really discussed a birth plan, hoping to have some more help with that. Just know that we want a C-section birth if we cannot have a vagina birth.
I plan to give birth at a hospital. I’m not sure how much I can spend on one, what are the rates? I just want someone to be an advocate for me so they won’t cut the cord to quick and so they won’t force their “hospital policy” on me . I don’t want an induction, I want a one hundred percent natural birth.
I plan on to give birth at the hospital this will be my 6 c-section. I need someone there during birth.
Ochsner LSU Health - St. Mary Medical Center $500
I want a dula because I need someone to educate me and my husband on pregnancy, labor, and after birth. I need someone to stand by me who knows the laws of the hospital just in case something were to happen and I have to give birth in the hospital but my goal now is to have my baby at home with my midwife and dula I hire.
I am interested in seeking out and using a doula for my birth. This is new to me! This isn’t second pregnancy and I had preeclampsia and had to be induced (not fun). I’m currently taking baby aspirin to hopefully reduce my chances. I’ve thought about and considered not getting an epidural. I’m scared but think it would help my chances of not tearing (also miserable). I want to be educated and learn different things than what I did the first time. I will give birth in a hospital. I have no idea how much that costs and if insurance covers that or not.
Planning on having a hospital birth but wanting to work with a midwife as well. We have insurance so not sure what estimated budget is yet. I'm not sure of what birth plan options are yet. I want to be healthy & baby be healthy. I want to work with my body and not against it/forcefully if I'm not ready. I want to be informed of all of my options and educated on areas that would be helpful to me and my husband.
Hey, my name is angel. I am currently 6 months postpartum, while also being pregnant at 13 weeks right now. I plan on having a home birth if possible. I don't really have a budget right now. To be real, my birth plan is more spiritual.\n I just want to have a calm, relaxed, peaceful birth. I know it's not gonna be easy. I just need better support from healthcare providers based off how my birth was when I was pregnant last, and when I gave birth to my 6 month old, so now that I'm pregnant again, I'm just looking to have a relaxing , peaceful birth experience , really nothing to extravagant. With genuine people who provide natural birth experiences for not on only the child but for the mother as well.
Unmedicated hospital birth. Would like to labor at home for as long as possible. Would like spontaneous vaginal delivery. $1500 budget. Christian doula In-person doula present at birth.
