Hospital. Not sure on budget. I do not know what my birth plan is.
Im working with mn birth center in st.paul and they said I need to find a dula. And I guess they have to be willing to come to my house as well. Im trying to also find someone who works with BCBS

My birth plan is to have a positive vaginal birth. I plan on getting an epidural. I had a fairly experience last pregnancy and labor/delivery and hoping to keep that going.
