Hi Lauren, I'm looking to hire a doula I'm in the LA county in the city of Norwalk, looking to give birth in October area (Kaiser in Irvine). I love everything on your page! I'm looking to have an unmedicated birth, im specifically looking for help with nutrition and exercise for strength through birth and for successful milk supply also help with breastfeeding after birth. Also looking for help with anything else you think is important for my baby and my body before and after birth. It's going to be my first baby and I've never hired a doula so I'm not sure what info you'd need from me to see if I qualify. I'd love to talk more if you'd like through a zoom call or phone to see what the next steps would be to hire you if you're available.

I need a Doula for advice on labor, post partum care and support with recovery.
Good morning! My name is Jesseka Govea, I’m really hoping to find a doula soon but I am also very new to discovering what a doula is. I hope to be able to hear back and maybe be able to get more information on your doula services and how it works. I know my due date is pretty close but hope to hear soon. Thank You
1. In a hospital 2. It would depend on services 3. Hospital birth. Vaginal. Prefer not to have a C-section. Prefer not to Induce. If epidural is preventable , great. But open to it if it’s recommended. Was recommended with my last birthing experience because I didn’t know the proper tools to bare contractions.
I would love to look into home birth, but I don’t know much about it, I’m interested in knowing prices to know if it’s something my family can afford. I also wouldn’t mind a facility that provides the room if thats more affordable. I have no idea as to how much all of this cost so would want a run down. I currently have la healthcare as medical and I know it’s a long shot as to anyone receiving medical through here. But thought I would give it a try as well if I can save myself from paying out of pocket. Budget for me would be about $2000 I would say? I want to do things as naturally as I can and allow my body to take its course during labor. I want to avoid interferences as much possible and even avoid cord clamping, or medications. Be as relaxed and mentally trained as possible for birth.

I plan to give birth at my hospital, Kaiser in Downey. This is my second pregnancy. My first birth was at Kaiser in Downey also (about 3 years ago), where I gave birth unmedicated. The staff knew I had done the Bradley Method course and knew my birth plan and honored it. I plan to give birth the same way, except this time I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes but hope to still have a healthy and unmedicated birth with minimal interventions. I had a doula for my first birth and would really like the hands on support, especially at birth. I would like to keep costs at $2,500 or less if possible and hope that I can have a doula that accepts my insurance. Thank you
Interested in VBAC support. After a traumatic first birth, I’m looking for a healing second birth.
