Second pregnancy. I developed preeclampsia with my first and gave birth via C-section at 28 weeks. Really important to me to do a VBAC with this baby and avoid another C-section. I’m planning on giving birth at the new Love Family low intervention birthing center in OKC. I have a Dr I’m seeing but don’t feel a lot of support with VBAC plan. Budget wise I need to stay under $1,000.

I would like a provider with experience from midwifery and the comfort of a doula. I want to learn birthing techniques and self pain management techniques. I want to birth either at home or birthing center. It’s my first baby. But I’m confident I can do a natural birth with proper preparation.

I am delivering at Norman Healthplex and currently have soonercare for my insurance. I experienced femoral nerve damage in both legs with my first child. I was unable to walk for months. I really want to be more educated on all my delivery options so I don’t have repeat damage. I’m also wanting someone in the room when I deliver to make sure we’re following my birthing plan.
