A dedicated, capable, and broadly skilled Full Spectrum Doula. My skillset has flourished in the years I’ve spent in professional birth and postpartum care. Having supported over 300 families through pregnancy, labor and birth, and even hundreds more in postpartum, as well as a foundation of 20+ years of NCS experience, I am a seasoned Doula based here in metro Seattle / Tacoma. My competencies are built on the foundation of full-spectrum experience of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I walk hand in hand with families through first, second, and third births as well as the many in-between variations of the experience of growing family. It is important to me to practice with a calm and clear mind, helping to build your confidence and awareness early on, helping you assert your autonomy confidently to be in charge of your experience. At the heart of my work as your doula are the values of trust, honesty, reliability and non-judgmental support. There is no one right way to become a family. My role is to help you feel sure of what is right for you.

I became a doula because I am passionate about creating positive and nurturing labor experiences for all. I want to make you feel empowered to follow your natural instincts throughout labor so you have a deep sense of pride and accomplishment when you are holding your newborn. I will support any choice you make about how you wish to labor. I believe that true empowerment is about your ability to choose what is right for your body.

My practice is rooted in empathy, calm presence, and intuitive support. I believe every woman deserves to feel safe, empowered, and respected throughout their journey. Through my doula work, I strive to hold space with tenderness and strength — offering emotional, physical, and informational support that nurtures confidence and connection for both parents and baby.

I am a full-spectrum doula providing overnight and daytime care for families in the Greater Seattle area. I aim to provide a non-judgmental, caring, supportive hand to new parents as they navigate the highs and lows of the fourth trimester. Aiding in the mental, physical, and emotional wellness of the whole family unit is what I live for! Sliding scale available for solo parents, low-income folks, LGBTQIA+ parents, and BIPOC parents.

Hi, I’m McKenna! I’m a full spectrum doula providing birth, postpartum, and family support to folks in the Seattle area. I focus on meeting people where they are at and helping to optimize care and support that is tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I completed my initial doula training through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings in 2020 and have since completed an additional birth doula training at Bastyr as well as numerous other continued education trainings including Spinning Babies, a Lactation Educator training, and a Body Ready Method training.

Hi! I’m Savitri, a full-spectrum doula with a diverse background in supporting families. My experience includes working as an infant teacher, substitute teacher, and nanny. I’m currently working toward my doula certification, and my long-term goal is to become an OBGYN nurse or nurse-midwife. I approach my work with compassion and without judgment. I believe you are the expert on your own needs and I’m here to offer support as you navigate the journey of parenthood. Outside of my work, I love creating art such as, drawing and ceramics. I also love capturing moments through film photography. When I am not making art, I am running or practicing ballet. I’d be honored to support you and your family!

I’m a mom to two beautiful girls, a passionate birth doula, and someone who loves showing up for families during one of the most incredible — and life-changing — journeys there is. Years ago, I walked away from a decade-long career as a lawyer and followed my heart straight into birth work. Supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum feels like home to me — it’s where I come alive. Caring for others has always been second nature, but there’s just something about standing beside a family as they meet their baby that fills me up in a way nothing else does. My approach is simple — warm, personal, and rooted in trust. I believe every woman deserves to feel safe, supported, and truly seen as she steps into her power. Birth is raw, real, and different every time — sometimes full of joy and laughter, sometimes messy, emotional, and intense. I’m here for all of it — holding space, offering steady support, and reminding you that you are never in it alone. There’s no script, no one-size-fits-all here. I show up ready to meet you where you are — tuning in, listening, and walking beside you every step of the way. My goal is to make you feel held, informed, and confident, so you can look back on your birth story with pride. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll usually find me soaking up time with my girls — whether that’s cooking up something delicious, getting outside, or cheering way too loudly at the rink for my hockey-playing daughter (my proudest role might just be hockey mom!). Nature is my reset button, and the sauna-my happy place to unwind, reflect, and breathe. I’m also fluent in Russian and feel incredibly honored to support Russian-speaking families here in the Greater Seattle area — though truly, my heart is wide open to families from every background and walk of life.
