I offer preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum support with all of these offerings being tailored to your specific needs. My work in preconception has involved emotional clearings around previous birth trauma/fears, nutrition support, and birth planning. Pregnancy support includes emotional and physical support (I am a certified massage therapist), as well as information and advocacy support. Postpartum includes physical support through meal prep and cleaning/house duties as well as the emotional comfort of a loving presence in the space.
