Welcome! I’m Maiyah, a Black holistic birth and postpartum doula serving families with personalized, culturally-centered care. Birth & Postpartum Doula services

As a Black holistic birth and postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, culturally-centered support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early weeks of parenthood. My approach blends evidence-based guidance with intuitive, holistic care honoring your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. During pregnancy, I offer education, mindset preparation, comfort techniques, birth planning guidance, and continuous emotional support as you prepare for your ideal birth experience. After birth, I provide gentle postpartum care that focuses on rest, healing, and nourishment. This includes newborn care assistance, emotional support, lactation encouragement, light household help, herbal or holistic wellness suggestions, and guidance as you transition into your new role. My goal is to create a safe, grounding environment where you feel affirmed, informed, and supported from beginning to end.
