About me

Ashley is a loving wife & mom of six (6) littles, including a pair of twins. Ashley is a Birth Doula, Lactation Counselor, Fertility Counselor and Perinatal Loss Advocate. I became a birth worker after experiencing 2 hard-fought laboring experiences and feeling like my options during labor were limited to what was hospital routine and whatever was financially incentavizing for my medical providers. I decided that no mom should feel like her birth doesn't belong to her; like she cannot have full bodily autonomy in her most vulnerable hours. Every mother should have the liberty to explore all of her options, including alternative coping methods and relying on her own intuition to bring forth a healthy baby. I accept Medicaid, Fidelis, Excellus, MVP and Molina Health Insurances.

Service introduction

I offer prenatal and postnatal home visiting along with in-person doula support during labor. Virtual support is available. I primarily provide doula support and breastfeeding counseling, though I also assist with fertility issues and provide counseling to mothers experiencing pregnancy loss.
