About me

I am a full-spectrum doula providing overnight and daytime care for families in the Greater Seattle area. I aim to provide a non-judgmental, caring, supportive hand to new parents as they navigate the highs and lows of the fourth trimester. Aiding in the mental, physical, and emotional wellness of the whole family unit is what I live for! Sliding scale available for solo parents, low-income folks, LGBTQIA+ parents, and BIPOC parents.

Daytime care may include lactation support, newborn care, house cleaning, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, errand running, sibling care, pet care, and emotional/physical support.

Includes 3 prenatals, 3 postpartum visits, support during your labor and birth, unlimited text/call.
