I plan for a natural home birth. I don't want to do ultrasounds but would like testing done. I am looking forward to having my first baby in May. I have a doula who is very healthy conscious and our values align very well, now in search of a similar midwife
i plan to do a home birth, this would be my second birth at home (out of 3, the first was in the hospital). We have a midwifery team of natural paths but they are not covered under our insurance, we are looking to have as much covered as possible. My birth plan is to be as uninterrupted as possible, but to be monitored in case of any emergency. It also helps if I have a "coach", less hands on and more supportive.
Hospital birth I’m planing on using insurance Don’t have one yet
I need a doula that will be there with me during births and can advocate for me . I plan to give birth in the hospital. I have OHP Medicaid ,I would vaginal birth no episodomy, delay clamping.
Peace health hospital I’m looking to have an easy, healthy guided pregnancy/birth. I would like to have a natural birth if possible, but I do understand things could change. I would also like to make sure my baby doesn’t get loaded up with a bunch of vaccines right at birth. I would like to only do the necessary vaccines and prolong the vaccine timeline. I would like coaching through out my pregnancy to aid in the best possible birth and healthiest baby. As far as nutrition to help my body and babies body. Also postpartum aid.
1. I plan to do a water birth in the comfort and safety of my own home 2. $3,000 3. A water birth with my sisters , midwife, doula and myself

I plan on doing a home water birth, with a calm, unrestricted environment. I would like it to be mainly self led unless intervention is needed and my main focus is neonatal care once the baby is born :)
My husband and I are preparing our bodies to have kids. I need to get my hormones tested to see what needs to be adjusted for a safe and healthy pregnancy. I’m trying to establish care with a provider I trust so we’ll be well set up once we are pregnant. I’d like to have a natural birth, pain free if possible, perhaps at home. More than anything, I’d like to not have interventions and medications pushed on me
I desire to have a natural, minimally invasive birth with my first baby. My spirit feels most comfortable thinking of having my baby at home in a water pool or at a birth center. It is important to me that i choose my birth plan and we stick to it as long as baby and i are progressing healthily. I love midwifes and doulas and im so excited to have my own journey and birth team. I plan to use insurance i currently have Molina apple health washington but i am willing to switch.
Hospital birth, $2000 budget, little intervention in almost everything except I am open to epidural.
I'm just starting the process! We are switching insurance providers (from Kaiser to BCBS / Regence) in January and I'm hoping to establish a care team now - at the beginning of my pregnancy - that can see me all the way through. I've always been a fan of more naturopathic & wholistic medicine so a midwife feels like a good fit to be a part of that team.
We will have a home birth with a midwife. It will be our second pregnancy.
Homebirth midwife in network. I want them to have a holistic approach.
Not pregnant yet, but started trying and want to get in touch with a midwife soon to talk about options. Either natural at hospital or at home. No set budget right now but I have seen costs around $4,000-$6,000.
Hoping for a doula for labor support in a hospital birth setting as I’m wanting to go unmediated with as low intervention as possible. This is my 2nd delivery and I also struggled with breastfeeding the first time so I’m hoping for better lactation support this time around for a successful breastfeeding journey.
I am looking for a natural minded midwife that is experienced and confident, but also respectful of autonomy and informed consent. I would absolutely love to have a home birth. This is my sixth pregnancy but will be my 5th birth and 4th baby earthside. My last two births have been precipitous. I’m not sure what a reasonable budget is because I am from Canada where midwives are part of healthcare.
Plan to give birth at home. We have Oregon health insurance.
1. I plan to give birth at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Springfield 2. Not sure of budget/this may be covered under our benefits 3. Birth plan is currently to try to do this as natural as possible
I would like to give birth in a hospital with a midwife attending. I want to know how much can be covered by insurance first. I don’t know my birth plan. I just found out and am trying to set up prenatal appointments.
