Giving birth at St. Michael Women and Children's hospital in Silverdale. I plan to use Tricare, but am also willing to pay partially out of pocket. My birth plan is pretty flexible, with a few hard stops. Some of these include skin to skin after birth, otherwise my partner will do it. Physiologic cord clamping, only breastfeeding in the hospital, and delay newborn procedures during golden hour if possible.
