It’s really important to me to have someone who can provide both emotional and physical support during labor, as well as offer solid education leading up to delivery so we feel prepared and confident.

My partner is schizoeffective and I would like a doula who is well educated and experienced in mental health so that it will better help me through the delivery. Also I’m looking for someone who can assist me in understanding everything because I’m a first time mom. I have United Health Care through Washington Apple health.
