I plan to give birth in a hospital. I have prior birthing trauma. I believe a doula would benefit my emotional well being. I'm in the process of finding a midwife through my insurance as I also believe that'll best help this journey. I am low income.

It felt very traumatic and I want to have as natural as possible birth. I’m unopposed to medication after I go into labor but do not want Pitocin or my water broken this birth. After birth, I hope to have the “golden hour” and to be able to breast feed.

Hello my name is Karizma & I am interested in getting a doula to help me through birth. I plan on giving birth at Good Samaritan hospital in puyallup wa, I have Molina healthcare which covers a doula up to $3,500. I do not have a birth plan yet & would like a doulas support in formulating one.

As first-time parents, we are looking for a knowledgeable, supportive doula to guide us through childbirth and the postpartum period. Mom is Black and has growing fears due to the alarming maternal health disparities that impact Black women, and is also concerned about the potential for postpartum depression. Dad is white and eager to learn, but doesn’t yet know much about the birth process. We are both seeking someone who can help us feel empowered, educated, and supported—emotionally, physically, and mentally. Ideally, we’d love a doula who is culturally sensitive, affirming, and experienced in supporting families navigating birth and early parenthood with compassion and care We plan to give birth at St. Elizabeth’s in Enumclaw, WA, we would like to keep our budget around $1000. We don’t have an official birth plan. But plan for IV meds MAYBE and epidural but wanting to hold off on that.

I have double insurance and am trying to find a doula that takes my insurances. I have had 2 c-sections, I am praying for a VBAC for my 3rd baby. I had my last child 6 years ago. I am 29 years old.
