This is your chance to ask me anything sleep related! A great option if you just want to learn a few tips and tricks or if you already have a sleep plan in place but have a few questions on how to adjust it (ie sleep regression, nap transitions). Can be used an as add-on service as well! With the purchase of a Q&A plan, we will work together virtually to address all of your concerns through either email or a phone/zoom call (30mins).

Newborn sleep guide
Babies that are under 3 months cannot be formally sleep trained. For this age group we will concentrate on: How to teach healthy sleep habits Swaddling Sleep props Hunger cues vs sleep cues Wake windows and more. This will not be a formalized sleep plan but a guide on what to expect and how to deal with certain issues that may come up in those first 12 weeks. In this sleep guide you will also get a 30 minute phone consultation to answer any other newborn sleep related questions or anything that you want more
