I am a trans woman planning a labor simulation experience at home for personal gender identity reasons using medical-grade EMS equipment to simulate contractions over approximately 17 hours. I am looking for a gender-affirming doula willing to provide virtual support including breathing coaching, position guidance, and safety monitoring during the simulation. We live in Crystal Lake and the Delivery is planned to be at the NorthWestern Lake Forest Hospital. After birth a Lactant consultant that can apply the laser treatment would be interesting, it was very helpful with the first baby.

I am going to be giving birth in the Lutheran General Hospital through their midwives birthing center. I want to have a vaginal delivery. This is my second baby and first time around I did have a vaginal delivery but my baby was almost 10lbs so I had a lot of tear, and postpartum hemorrhage.
