Unless emergency I want it to come out naturally on its own. -No cutting (episotomy) I want to tear naturally no cutting down there. I do not give consent. -No laying down while giving birth I want to give birth either, in the water, squatting, with the handle bars. -Lights off and worship music playing -I want to do the Golden Hour No taking her immediately after birth, I want that connection with her immediately after birth -No Baths!! I don’t want her to have a bath the white stuff on her skin is good for her skin and protects it’s the first few days after being born -All testing must be done in be room Do not take her out of the room! If emergency Dad must be allowed to follow -No giving birth at 37weeks I want to go as long as I can to prepare my body unless it’s an Emergency No cord tractions-No Pulling on Placenta -immediately after giving birth I want to latch my baby and that will cause my body to release the placenta
