I’m looking to do a birthing center attached to a hospital or a hospital. Not sure on budget, hoping insurance covers it but I want to keep it reasonable. I don’t quite have a birth plan yet, but I know I want as little medical intervention possible, but I want to have a calm and spiritual labor. My husband and I are devout Catholics; and I want him heavily involved in the birth.

First baby due September 21st. i would like an unmedicated birth. and someone to guide me through the birthing process such as helping with comfort, stretches, safe pregnancy, and pregnancy positions that prevent tearing.

Looking for a doula for L&D. My last experience was without one and I feel having an experienced advocate in the room will be helpful. I want someone to help me feel supported and help me voice my preferences / needs during. Having a vaginal birth with minimal intervention is important to me.
