Pelvic/Vaginal Steam Class
Steaming is an age-old, traditional self-care practice where you sit or kneel over a warm pot of water gently exposing the pelvic floor to the steam. The purpose/intention of using steam is to open the uterine arteries to bring more blood flow to the uterus and pelvic floor. Steam dilates the pelvic floor tissue, opening and relaxing the cervix and arteries. This brings blood flow to the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, rectum and perineum. Heat helps open everything up while the herbs bring additional healing therapeutic value.
