Postpartum Doula
Service includes preferred in-person visits (hybrid option/virtual support). During the visits, I can provide breastfeeding support [suggest International Breastfeeding Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) if applicable], newborn care tips, referrals to community resources, and a chance to discuss your birth experience.
In-person Support:
Minimum 4 hours in-person shifts each [all services listed below are applicable]
*maximum of 6 hours in-person shifts per visit [must be discussed/agreed upon prior to each shift]
Virtual Support (v): 4 hours maximum per shift each [services identified with ‘[v]’ where applicable below]

Breastfeeding Educator and Support
- Encourage breastfeeding with data supporting the benefits to both mother and baby;
- Physiology of milk production;
- Proper latch and positioning techniques;
- Understanding infant feeding cues;
- Factors to know if your baby is getting enough milk;
- Basic breast care, common concerns , and myths;
- Introduction to pumping and milk storage;
- Resources for lactating mothers when need advanced assistance and motivation;
- Preparation to return to work while breastfeeding.
Childbirth Educator
provides education, information, and support to expectant parents about pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum, and early newborn care. Their primary goal is to empower individuals and couples with knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate the birthing process and the transition to parenthood with informed choices.
Infant Feeding Educator
2 days (3 hours each) private couple (if applicable) informational session on the first 12 months of infant/toddler feeding options:
-Breastfeeding basics (anatomy, positions, techniques, support, concerns);
-Bottle feeding (breast milk or formula preparation and storage);
-Introducing foods (e.g.: textures, flavors, possible allergic reactions, eating pattern, etc);
-General Infant Nutrition (e.g.: hunger cues, drawing interest to mouth feeding, etc);
- Support groups and advanced assistance resources.
Placenta Encapsulator
The raw placenta is safely and hygienically processed for consumption by the mother of the placenta post birth. The placenta is made to be ingested by the mother in the form of capsules and (non-raw placenta) tincture during their postpartum period. This practice, placentophagy, is rooted in traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for the purpose of benefitting the mother's physiological and emotional well-being.
Includes a complimentary placenta print and cord keepsake.
VBAC Support
Extending evidence-based research to client planning or attempting a Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC). Pursuing to gather information to assist client make an informed-decision as to whether safe for their circumstance to seek a vaginal birth after a previous C-section (Cesarean Section) surgery. Regardless of the path chosen by the client the goal is to provide comprehensive care addressing the physical, emotional, and informational needs of individuals pursuing a VBAC. Aiding the client through the birthing option for the most optimal outcome.
