I hope this message finds you well. I am currently 18 weeks pregnant with my first child and recently returned to Brooklyn after spending the past three months of my pregnancy overseas. My due date is June 28th, and I am now exploring my options for labor and delivery. A water birth has always been my preferred choice, and I am currently considering alternatives to a traditional hospital setting, including birthing centers. As this is my first pregnancy, I feel I am still learning about the many avenues of childbirth and would greatly value guidance and education throughout this process. I am reaching out to inquire about your doula services and to see if you may be a good fit to support me during pregnancy, labor, and birth. I would love the opportunity to connect, learn more about your approach, and discuss how you support clients in exploring their birth preferences. I am also interested in any insight you may have regarding insurance coverage or reimbursement related to doula care. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to the possibility of connecting. Warm regards, Adriana
I'm giving birth in a few months (6 months pregnant now), and am looking for a doula to be there when I give birth. I have Aetna insurance and want it to be covered by insurance. Giving birth at NYU Langone in Kips Bay, Manhattan, and I'm interested in delayed cord clamping, unmedicated birth, etc.
Starting to try to get pregnant! I would like a low intervention birth(I think) and help getting sleep post birth. I will either give birth update in Hudson or in nyc.
Hello, I’m a fourth time mom. I would like to give birth at home (planned) this time around.
My plan is to give birth at home water birth …don’t have a budget
Home or birthing center delivery Maximum 2500-3000 Simply natural and serene with husband and children around.
I would prefer to give birth in a birthing center or to do a home birth. We are still evaluating our budget, we are open to paying out of pocket.
I would like to have a water birth with minimal intervention, delayed clamping and fully natural. I have Medicaid and hope to use that rather than my own funds. I prefer the holistic approach.

Hoping to give birth at a birthing center near Jersey city! Hospital will be a backup. Hoping our insurance covers a midwife. Figuring all of that out now. I am wanting an unmedicated birth.
1. I am set up with a hospital but the more my pregnancy progresses, the more I think I want an unmedicated homebirth 2. I cannot afford anything outside of insurance. We don’t have money 3. I would like skin to skin, nursing, unmedicated
I’m 35 years old, and I’m worried about going through this process alone. That’s why I feel I need a doula — someone who can support me, guide me, and be there with me during the entire experience. Mineola- NYU langne hospital
I plan to give birth at Mount Sinai South Nassau. I'm not sure what my budget is or birth plan (but not looking for unmedicated per se). I'd like a midwife or doula to be present at the birth/guide me.
