Hi there, I’m reaching out to inquire about hiring overnight care for my newborn. We’re currently looking for support two to three nights per week. Our baby is about 3.5 months old, and we’ve been navigating some sleep challenges. He will not sleep unless held and after almost fifteen weeks, we desperately need some rest. We really want to get him sleeping in his crib, but know we cannot do any formal sleep training this young. We’re hoping to find someone experienced, gentle, and consistent who can help support better sleep habits while also assisting with overnight needs like one to two bottle feedings, soothing, and diaper changes. We are located in the Liberty Lake area. If you have availability, I would love to learn more about your experience, rates, and how you typically support families in this stage. We are hoping to hire someone as soon as possible. Thank you so much, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Overnight care for newborn. At least 3 years experience. Must be ok with our small doodle dog.
I will be giving birth at a local hospital and planning for a vaginal delivery with epidural and I expect postpartum care and healing will be a big hurdle to overcome while caring for the newborn. We're not committed to a budget at this stage but standard rates recommend~$30-$40 per hour (8=10 hours per night shift - 10pm-7am) with the most critical days/weeks being those first 6 weeks. We would expect needing an NCS for 5 nights a week to support and educate us first time parents on feedings, sleep schedules etc and would re-evaluate if continued support is needed.
