As a first time mom, I knew I wanted to have a natural birth without an epidural. Since this was my first pregnancy, my husband suggested we work with a doula. When I went into labor, Mrs. Patmon showed up fully prepared and ready to support me. She made sure my medical team had my birth plan and advocated for my wishes throughout the process. During contractions, she provided hands on support with massages and used special oils that helped intensify my contractions and progress labor more quickly than I expected. I arrived at 4 cm dilated, 70% effaced, and -2 station and in less than four hours, I was pushing. My experience with Mrs. Patmon was nothing short of amazing. She played such a vital role in making my first labor and delivery a positive and empowering experience. If you’re looking for a doula, look no further Mrs. Patmon is the one you want by your side.
