My name is Gray, I’m a birth and postpartum doula. I have two little boys, one born safely and peacefully in my own home. I specialize in natural births, and lactation, and will be pursuing my lactation certification in the coming months. After spending time with parents who had relatively no postpartum care or support, I soon started my training to bridge that gap. I believe that the postpartum period is one of the most crucial stages of pregnancy. Many parents experience feelings of loneliness, confusion, and exhaustion and it is Maria’s top priority to help parents feel their best during your fourth trimester. Maria believes that every family who wants a doula should have one. Promoting a judgement free zone, she happily works with families and individuals of any age, race, & gender.
