About me

My name is Gray, I’m a birth and postpartum doula. I strive to make every birth a powerful and safe experience, and to nurture the new mother while helping her discover her amazing capabilities as a mother. I have two little boys, one born safely and peacefully in my own home. I specialize in natural births, and lactation, and will be pursuing my lactation certification in the coming months. I’m happy to work with all families, always judgment free and willing to support.

I offer birth and postpartum services tailored to fit your needs.

Birth Support (Standard)
- 2 prenatal visits, in your home preferably - Phone/text support throughout the entirety of pregnancy - Birth and postpartum planning - On-call labor support, which will be continuous until approx. an hour after baby is born - 1 Postpartum home visit, feeding assistance, emotional support, guidance, and resource referral - 15% discount on postpartum services

Birth Only
- 1 Prenatal visit, virtually or in home - Phone/text support throughout pregnancy and up to 3 months postpartum - On-call labor support, until approx. an hour after baby is born - Regular postpartum check-ins - 15% discount on postpartum services

Postpartum support tailored to your needs.
