About me

Hi there. I am a dual certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with over 15 years professional experience working with newborns and new parents. For the past 7 years I have bee helping new parents during the 4th trimester after they welcome their new baby home. I do everything from teaching parents and caregivers how to get baby on a daytime and overnight schedule to sleep training when the time is right as well as everything in between.
