Hi everyone! I'm a BEST Certified Postpartum Doula located in McKinney, TX and serving the Collin county area. It is my passion to help nurture parents during the postpartum recovery period after the birth of their precious baby. Postpartum Doula packages and pricing
72 hours
-If you know you'll want more hours but not too much this is a great middle point between the packages -2 complimentary prenatal support visits where we can discuss anything related to postpartum care -Continuous support through phone, text, or email before and after baby's arrival -Day support availability with 4 hours each shift and the option to extend longer than 4 hours on weekends
120 hours
-Best option if you know you'll want as many hours as you can get from the start -2 complimentary prenatal support visits where we can discuss anything related to postpartum care -Continuous support through phone, text, or email before and after baby's arrival -Day support availability with 4 hours each shift and the option to extend longer than 4 hours on weekends
Nesting Nursery Package
Book 4-6 weeks before baby's arrival to prep and organize the baby's nursery and home -Diaper bag organization -Hospital/Essentials for mom and baby -Wash, fold, and organize all baby clothing, burp cloths, blankets, etc -Baby organization in the nursery, changing table, or designated areas throughout the home -Bottle feeding organization -Pumping organization -Breastfeeding carts -Diaper changing carts -Postpartum cart/essentials area Please note that building cribs, dressers, or similar items for nursery furniture is not included. -Rate is per every 4 hours

What to expect
As a postpartum doula my services will include: Education on postpartum issues, guidance with newborn care and feeding, sibling care, breastfeeding/pumping support and tips, bottle feeding support and tips, emotional support and nurturing for the parents, help with postpartum care with foot soaks/sitz baths/other herbal baths and healing methods, light meal prep, meal planning, grocery shopping, very light housekeeping such as laundry and folding the laundry, tidying up the home, feeding and care of the newborn so parents can get rest, and referrals to local resources I also offer a Nesting Nursery package where I organize and prep the home and nursery. It includes diaper bag set up, hospital essentials/birthing center/homebirth essentials bag or station as well as a bag for baby, breastfeeding or diaper changing carts or stations throughout the home, and more.
