I provide compassionate, culturally responsive doula support centered on empowering women and families throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and perinatal loss. As a DONA International certified doula, MSW graduate student intern, and behavioral health professional, I bring over 25 years of experience supporting women through the childbearing journey. My approach is rooted in emotional support, education, advocacy, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where mothers feel heard, respected, and supported in their choices. I work closely with families to provide comfort measures, childbirth education, resource navigation, postpartum support, and encouragement during every stage of the journey. I am passionate about serving underserved communities and helping women navigate pregnancy, labor, postpartum recovery, and motherhood with confidence and dignity. Whether you desire a natural birth, hospital birth, cesarean support, or simply someone to walk alongside you during this season of life, my goal is to help you feel empowered, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
