Someone to help advocate for my rights to a natural birth in a hospital setting. I have past medical trauma and I also need someone who can help me emotionally navigate the birth experience. I have tricare select but if going out of pocket id like to stay under 2k.

I plan on giving birth at home I do have tricare and I plan on doing unmedicated birth, golden hour with baby and no vaccines total holistic and natural

I will be giving birth at the hospital. During labor I want to avoid being on my back if possible and am planning on not getting an epidural. We do not have a set budget as of right now because we want to see what is covered by our insurance (Tricare).
